About the role
Lead Employee Central and payroll-adjacent workstreams for clients moving off on-premise HCM. This permanent role combines delivery work with pre-sales support — you will help shape proposals for the growing HR transformation pipeline across our client base and our consulting-firm partners.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years across SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors (Employee Central preferred)
- At least one full SuccessFactors implementation with certification a plus
- Understanding of Thai payroll and time management requirements
- Good client-facing communication in Thai and English
