How we collect, use and protect personal data — including CVs and contact details — under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

Last updated: 9 July 2026

iPLATFORMANCE Co., Ltd.("iPLATFORMANCE", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 ("PDPA").

1. Data we collect

  • Contact inquiries: name, company, email, phone number and the content of your message.
  • Job applications & talent pool profiles: name, email, phone, LinkedIn URL, professional experience, SAP modules/skills, and your CV/resume file.
  • Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, timestamps) used for security and abuse prevention.

We collect this data only when you actively submit it through our forms, each of which requires your explicit consent.

2. Why we process it (purposes & lawful basis)

  • Recruitment: to evaluate your application or profile, contact you about roles, and manage the hiring process (consent; contractual necessity once an engagement is offered).
  • Business inquiries: to respond to your message and follow up on services you asked about (consent; legitimate interest).
  • Security: rate limiting and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

3. Who can access your data

Your data is accessible to authorized iPLATFORMANCE staff involved in recruitment and business development. If we propose you to a client, we share an anonymized profile first — your identity and contact details are disclosed only after you agree to proceed with that opportunity.

4. Retention

  • Contact inquiries: up to 2 years after the last interaction.
  • Applications & talent pool profiles (including CVs): up to 2 years from submission, so we can match you to future roles — deleted earlier on request.

5. Your rights under PDPA

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; withdraw consent; object to or restrict processing; and request data portability. To exercise any right, email iplatformance.part@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

6. Security

CVs and personal records are stored with access controls and are not publicly accessible. We apply reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

7. Cookies

This website currently uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only technically necessary mechanisms (such as security tokens) are used.
